Apex Transportation will get my business from now on.  As a frequent traveler and wine fanatic, the service they provided was top notch and beyond expectation.  Our driver Tara was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fun!! The limo was first rate and fully stocked with an awesome complimentary bar.  There is only one place to call for you wine tour and that is Apex!!!!  Thank you so much Apex!!

Apex limo was great!  I was skeptical at first because of the prices (low) but our driver, Alex, was fantastic.  We took a day trip to Napa from the city.  It was a girls trip, which always leads to fun, loud, and a little drunk, girls.  The limo was clean and nicely stocked and Alex was fantastic about taking care of us.  I would highly recommend using them again.

Apex absolutely ROCKED!  Our driver was on time, pleasant, and courteous.  He was knowledgable about Napa, and made stops as needed (bank, restrooms, etc).  The limo was spotless and comfortable.  I would HIGHLY recommend using them to ANYONE headed to Wine Country.  Thank you, Apex!

Consumer, please be aware!  Quest (who has GREAT ratings) and APEX (who has a 1 star rating) are MERGING.  So, if you are like me and thought you were booking a reservation with a great company such as Quest, you may end up with an APEX driver/limo.

On to the review.....The driver arrived on time as requested!  The limo was very classy, sophisticated, and clean.  The bar was fully stocked as requested (with the exception of beer, which he brought later after me telling him we requested it with the reservation).  The drive down was great.

He dropped us off at the HP Pavillion for my wife's graduation in the spot we agreed on.  This is where the 'good' ends.

Upon completion of the event, we called the limo driver's direct number.  No answer.  We called him again. No answer.  Called again.  NO answer.  I then called dispatch and they tried calling.  No answer.  The driver FINALLY calls me and says,  'I'm just checking up on you to see if everything is ok."  I obviously was very upset and explained why.  WE were standing outside in the 100+ degree heat for over 25 minutes waiting on him!!  He says, 'I'll be there in 3 seconds.'  I know that isn't possible, but we waited another 15 until he arrived!

Got in the limo, and it was HOT!  He had not turned on the A/C in the back for us.  It was as hot inside as it was outside.  The ride back was pleasant.

He let us out, was very nice, apologetic, and went down and got beer for us.  He cared and knew his cell phone was malfunctioning.  I get that.  I was upset at the fact we had to wait outside and the dispatcher couldn't even get ahold of him.

The owner did make it right.  After talking with him and voicing my frustration, he gave my wife and I a free one-way transport to the airport for our upcoming trip.

I would like to thank APEX for the outstanding service provided.  My wife and I had a fantastic time in Wine Country with Alex as our driver.  He was very professional and provided excellent assistance in helping us choose winery's to visit.  He took pictures too!  Mary, in the office, was very friendly and helpful.  She made the process very smooth.  I will definitely use APEX in the future when I get back to the Bay area!  Thank you Alex and Mary - Super Job!

Apex Limousine did excellent job driving us around for my friend's birthday party last weekend in Napa Valley, everything was last minute but nonetheless, limousine was sent on time, clean, and did not smell like a wine barrel! Kudos to Alex the driver who was very personable and entertaining.

I originally used APEX for my daughters sweet 16. I figured anything was better than having to drive 8 16 year old girls to a concert in San Jose.
Apex arrived 15-20 minutes early was More than gracious to all of my teens and were also amazing to the chaperons.
I figured any who could handle all that deserved my business snd I have continued to use them for various other things.
I highly recommend APEX for there promptness, cleanliness and mostly there chauffeurs.
