Hiring Apex was the only way to enjoy the beauty of Napa Wine Country. My husband and I, along with our good friends decided to hire a limo service so we can thoroughly enjoy the experience.  Alex was our driver and did a fabulous job recommending boutique wineries, arranging the appointments and a nice deli for lunch.  We never felt rushed in any of our stops.  Alex was knowledgeable not only about the wineries to visit,  but the history of Napa and the surrounding areas. The limo picked us up on time, it was clean and equipped with water for the passengers.  We will definitely use Apex again AND request Alex.

My husband and I were so grateful to have such a wonderful driver for our day of wine tastings while we were celebrating our anniversary. He knew exactly where to go when we started our tour with Stags' Leap Winery... Some other people were not as fortunate and their drivers got lost :/ He added so much value to our trip, and gave us lots of tips of places to see and great wineries that are not as mainstream. He was super flexible and even called a winery to setup a tasting while we were in another tasting. Eric was our driver, and I HIGHLY recommend you request him. He was great company and if you don't have much planned, he will help you out.

If you book the vehicle, there is a 72 hour cancellation policy, so make sure you are 100% before you book. Fair rates, good quality vehicles and great service. We will definitely use Apex and request Eric next time!

5 stars all the way.  From the making of the reservation, to explaining charges, to being able to easily modify our wine tour, to having our driver, Sergei, Apex did a fantastic job at alllowing us to thoroughly enjoy ourselves yesterday.

For 6 hours in an 8-pax stretch limo, we visited 7 wineries, plus a supermarket because we didn't do enough eating prior and needed something in our bellies - I wish I could remember the name of the place because they have an awesome hot aisle and salad bar.  Sergei arrived just a few minutes late, but delivered great service the entire day.  He also has fabulous hair - I wanted to run my fingers through it even before I was inebriated.

The limo was in great condition.  As promised, I loved that they included a full wet bar as a part of our reservation.  There were champagne glasses, other tumblers, a bottle of brut cuvee, water, sodas, beer, and some malt liquor.  Everything actually worked in the limo, too - including the radio, windows, lights, heat, A/C - you think that this would be a given.  But if you've ever ridden in "off" limo company cars, you know that things are not always as they appear.

The total for the day was $540, including tax, a gratuity to Sergei of 20%, and gas.  I love Apex and will continue to use them when I want to get drunk in wine country.

I rented a limousine for 3 full days from Apex Limousine on my most recent trip to the Napa Valley. This trip was also special in that we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. I had been extremely unhappy with our last limousine rental in Napa (with a different company) and hoped for a better experience this time. I made our reservations with Nellie and was impressed with her. She listened to my requirements, followed up immediately with e-mail confirmations and was very easy to work with.

Not only did I get a very competitive rate, but our chauffeur (Ed Dauer) went out of his way to make this a very memorable vacation. He listened to our wine preferences and made several suggestions on stops (all of which we enjoyed).  Ed volunteered to be our photographer and took numerous pictures at our wine stops to ensure we had lasting memories. He did everything we asked - including phoning wineries to make appointments, getting and delivering lunch when necessary, ensuring we had plenty of water and just being a pleasant person to be around.

I highly recommend Apex Limousines and in particular Ed as a chauffeur.

My boyfriend and I wanted to make the most of our first Napa vacation. We decided on taking a wine tour day and used Apex as our transportation. Olex was an amazing chauffeur and made the day very special for the two of us!! We cannot wait to return! My experience with Apex was great from the very beginning to the very end - starting with the reservation process. I requested a quote online, which I received within a few hours of my request (vs. next day or 2-day response), and then followed easy and simple steps to actually make my reservation. I then received a confirmation phone call from an actual person 2 days before my event.

Our driver, Alex, was awesome. He was on time and very patient as we were running a few minutes behind. Extremely courteous, explaining everything up front and was even familiar with our itinerary. He was pleasant and we all had good conversation, but he had a good sense when to chat and when to just let us chat amongst ourselves. He also had lots of knowledge about the Napa area, answered a lot of questions, had some fun trivia, AND had an awesome suggestion for lunch ideas and took us to this little grocery deli on the way to one of our stops.

Towards the end of our day, he politely reminded me of the time limit we had paid for in case we hadn't noticed - which we hadn't. Much appreciated and not pushy.

Overall great experience. This was my first time using a car service and it was an excellent one, which might even inspire me to be less concerned with the cost of it in the future and do it more often. The car itself was in pristine condition, smelled nice, kept at a comfortable temp, and no hint of previous customers or a driver who smoked or anything. If you're in the Walnut Creek / East Bay area looking for a service for anything and especially for a Napa Valley wine tour, this is a great choice!

Apex Transportation was tremendous. Nelli helped get us booked and accommodated our changes with a smile. Then for two straight days our driver Bruce gave us a great Napa experience. He was professional, on time and really made sure we had a memorable visit everywhere we went.

Bruce knew winery owners and tasters in many places we visited so we always seemed to get the VIP treatment. He was also able to give us some behind the scenes tours.

We will definitely use Apex again!!!

Whether this is your first time, or if you are a seasoned Napa visitor, you'll appreciate Apex limo - not only is it the most comfortable way to visit Napa and Sonoma, it is very informative. Even though my husband and I were there twice before, and had an idea of what to see, we enjoyed all the info and tidbits that Bruce, our driver offered - and so decided to go to a few recommended places as well - and we were really impressed! The day was so much fun that we all decided to request Apex and Bruce for the next two days! Definitely the BEST visit and most fun in this Napa/Sonoma visitors' experience.

We used APEX for a Napa Valley wine tour and the experience was perfect. The customer service was good from the start and the pricing is great. The entire day went off without a hitch. We've used other rental services in the past and none compare to APEX.

Our driver (Bruce) was the best! He was on time and professional and the vehicle was in good condition. We had already planned the wineries that we wanted to see but Bruce was full of knowledge and connections that completely enhanced the Napa experience.

We will definitely be using APEX & Bruce for future trips!
